Aims and objectives: Application of the world and European standards in the field of quality management. Explication of quality management principles and the proceeding from the ISO standards to an essentially gradual and radical change of the processes. |
Course content: Quality in market environment, quality management evolution, basic concepts, set of management quality standards, management quality system, tools and methods, resources, legal and regulation aspects of quality, reliability, competitive quality and improvement quality. |
